My phone is eSIM compatible. I understand that phones from certain brands (POCO, Nokia, TCL, ZTE, Doro, Alcatel, CAT, OPPO Lite, Huawei) and regional variants from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM

I understand that all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical error — and are guaranteed. Refund processing time may vary depending on your banking institution.

My eSIM will be delivered by email within 10 minutes, however delivery may take longer depending on my banking institution. I must turn off my home SIM / roaming for it to activate properly
